Irrevocable Judicial Decision : HRC fixed the settlers' non-ownership of Al-Bakri building in Hebron
HRC, last Wednesday succeeded in getting an irrevocable and final decision from the Israeli High Court stating and admitting the ownership of Al-Bakri family to their house and land in Tel- Irmaideh in the old city of Hebron.
In fact, HRC followed up the burst into Al-Bakri building by Israeli settler in the old city. It's by the help of owners in applying complaints against those aggressions , then following up before Israeli Court which issued the order of ownership to Al-Bakri family to its building .
The settlers, then , claimed before the High Court requesting the cancelling of the Central Court decision . and to admit their ownership to the building . However, the legal efforts paid by HRC's legal a advice unit were able to succeed and the Israeli High Court fixed the issue of ownership to AL-Bakri family and that the settlers have no right .
The said decision represents a new blow to settlers who didn't succeed in legalizing their attempts to achieve their goal .
